Only what you send us via the contact form: last name, first name, email address, phone number, subject and content of your message. No data is purchased or collected without your knowledge.

Why we process it

To answer your enquiry and, where applicable, arrange your visit (booking a table, a room or the apartment).

Your consent, or pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Article 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR).

Retention period

Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, then archived for a maximum of 2 years for commercial follow-up, unless a legal obligation requires longer retention.

Who has access

Only the owners and relevant staff of La Couronne. Email delivery is handled by our sending provider, acting as a processor and not using your data for its own purposes. Your data is never sold or rented.
