Purpose and scope

These terms apply to all bookings of rooms, the apartment and restaurant tables, as well as related services. They prevail over any other conditions, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing by us.

Bookings

Bookings can be made online via our booking engine, by phone or by email. A booking is only firm once confirmed by us. The client guarantees the accuracy of the information provided when booking.

Rates

Rates are shown in euros, taxes included. Any tourist tax and breakfast are specified at the time of booking. The applicable rates are those in force at the time of booking.

Payment and deposit

A deposit may be requested to secure the booking. The balance is payable no later than at departure. We accept the main means of payment (bank card, cash within legal limits).

Cancellation and modification of a stay

Any cancellation or modification must be sent to us in writing. Unless special conditions are indicated at the time of booking, a cancellation made less than 7 days before arrival may result in the first night or the deposit being charged. The conditions of a non-refundable rate take precedence over this clause.

No-show

In the event of a no-show without prior cancellation, the amount of the first night (or the deposit paid) will be retained as compensation.

Arrival and departure

Check-in is from 4:00 pm and check-out until 10:00 am. Arrangements may be agreed depending on availability.

Restaurant bookings

Booking a table is recommended. If you are unable to attend, please notify the restaurant as soon as possible. Special conditions may apply to groups.

Pets

Pets are allowed in a limited number of rooms, on prior request and subject to availability. A supplement of €10 per animal per night applies.

Liability

The establishment cannot be held liable in the event of force majeure or fault of the client. The client is responsible for any damage caused to the premises and equipment.

Data protection

The personal data collected is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). It is used to manage bookings and is not shared with third parties without consent. You have the right to access, rectify and delete your data by writing to info@lacouronne.be.

Cookies

This site uses cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work properly, in particular to remember your language. Audience-measurement cookies are only set with your consent, which you can accept or decline via the banner provided for this purpose on your first visit. You can change your choice at any time by deleting the cookies stored in your browser.

Complaints and applicable law

Any complaint must be sent in writing to info@lacouronne.be. These terms are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, only the competent courts of the district shall have jurisdiction.
